I think there is a huge market for the local downloading crowd, who really only want full speeds from 19:00/20:00 to 07:00/8:00 the next morning. During the day you can throttle this down to the bare minimum :)

I would say just keep it to a bare minimum, no added features to raise the price. a simple 30gig or 50gig at a decent price. i know they have the 30 gig IS local at R130, but its a great time to reduce that by even R10 - R30 and i can honestly say they will get loads of new users.

I'm part of quite a few forums and can do a bit of polling to see if the old mweb people will switch. This will basically make the old mweb users who were choosing between webafrica and openweb go with openweb.
 
30Gb is too little, even for a 384 line. 50-100GB for the same price would be great. While I'm about it, MrBeep, pls can you take over line rental??? Now get cracking!
 
Agreed, 30gb is too little. I can do that on my 384kb line without a hassle.

My problem is that I don't need browser access, I just want to download but my housemate wants browse facilities, hence provide a slow browse feature with a decent combination of speed and local cap for after hours downloading.
