Nvidia GeForce NOW SA launch

Got it working, thanks.

So one thing I'm curious about - is it Xbox Game Pass "PC Games" only or is it also "Xbox" games?

I tried to check with:
1.) searching games that only exist on PC section - e.g command and conquer - it showed up
2.) searching games that only exist on Xbox section - e.g. party animals - it showed up (EDIT: under STEAM only)

So now I'm confused... Are they emulating Xbox or somehow connecting to xcloud for content - any idea?

Not all games for all stores are available. Like the one mentioned is only available through steam.

Paladins for example is only available through Epic Games store the Steam version is offline due to an issue. Same with Battlefield 2042. Only available via EA App currently the steam version has an issue.

It has to verify the license on the store you purchased it so if you bought something on steam but they can't verify the license for steam yet due to issues on their side or not getting the developers to work with them you can't play the game unfortunately even if it can be launched and played via xbox game pass for example.

Eh, its running the Xbox PC app from windows. There is about almost every game pass game, but since the Microsoft x GFN agreement was only made like a month ago they are slowly but surely adding gamepass games. The only gamepass games Ive seen added was Starfield and Forza Motorsport. Just to let you know PC xbox games syncs with everything so you can continue your save that you played on your Xbox perhaps.(Only applies if you use the Xbox app), Steam is independent and makes a new save regardless of your progress on Xbox. Hope this clears somethings up!

Edit: Have a look at the GFN Thursday blogpost to see the upcoming Gamepass games being added

Atleast the Bokke won last night.
I'm feeling like a zombie this morning and plan to be in bed by 20:00 latest....if I don't get an invite today! :p

I'm enjoying it so far.

1st issue I picked up is where Apex legends cut off the menu...

That's when I noticed Geforce Now resolution didn't match my laptop resolution - once I aligned those it was perfect.

2nd issue, game settings don't save e.g. Dota's graphics settings reset (not the end of the world, just reapply each session). I note there's an option to save Geforce now settings to games under Geforce settings, but that this is greyed out I guess for some reason.
I get that sometimes on my desktop as well. Picks a funny resolution and then I switch it to 1080p. One was like 1000p another was some random res I would associte more with a 19" non fully wide aspect.

Basically what i do is i press the join now link from my invite, it brings me to the create an account page but the website sees my email is whitelisted so it allows me to the Nvidia page, so i press the back button from the create page and sign in with a account that doesnt have an invite, BUT the website still thinks my email is “whitelisted” so it allows me to choose priority plan xD
Please sign me up too man , I signed up last year but no sign of any invite on my email

I am pleasantly surprised by how well this works, played the ghostrunner demo expecting to have issues considering it's a fast paced FPS but heck it was very playable.
Played about 30 mins of Shadow of the Tomb Raider and also very decent.

Looking forward to seeing launch pricing and what hardware the ultimate plan will have.

Thanks, you can actually filter games via publisher on the far right of the games library.

So either filtering via Xbox there or "xbox" as the search string shows you all the xbox games pass games (the game counts match on either of those filters, so either option works).

Also a web list here:

I lol’d

My TV recognises the mouse and I get a cursor but launching a game I get a notification to connect a gamepad.

Not sure about directly on a smart tv I would imagine support would be limited on what exactly the TV manufacturer supports.

As for Android TV box. Support is pretty extensive for anything Bluetooth like xbox/ps controllers. Wireless/Wired and Bluetooth mouse & keyboard all work as expected on my Skyworth Leap Android box.
