Nvidia GeForce NOW SA launch

It's strange because, according to the Rain website's list of supported games, Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition Steam edition should be supported.

I honestly hate the fact auto sign in isn't supported yet for some of these games

A lot to play this weekend. Forza Horizon 4 and 5 and Call of Duty MW3 and MW2 free multiplayer and Zombies.

Forza Horizon 5 runs so well on Geforce Now wow. Really enjoying it even more. Max settings with max ray tracing lowest fps on the RTX 3080 is 75 FPS

I wish I can get the ultra package of GeForce Now

For me it's a major difference from priority because I stream on 120FPS 1440p and it outperforms my gaming pc.

I've been playing COD MW3 free and it has zero delat at all. I'm doing pretty well actually in game.

Is there a way to get around Rain? What type of speed do you need for a smooth experience?

3 hours a day? so My family will need to pay R800 a month for the 4 of us excluding the internet subscription. I am guessing a 75Mbps line? That is another R750 a month.

Cost R18.6k a year. That is to be able to play for only 3 hours a day? No thank you. I would rather spend R1k on 200Mbps line and I don't have to worry about an ISP failing every 10min

No.

If you want x 4 then yes R800 but it's not 3 hours per day, it's three hours per session and of course you will need a decent line, especially for 4 people gaming simultaneously but you don't need rain for that, you can use any isp or link.

What do you mean by this?
How do you want to get around them?

You can check the requirements here.

3h per session, not per day. When your session ends, you can immediately launch the game again, provided there are no queues otherwise you'll have to wait for a rig to be available.
If we go by the requirements for 1080p for example, you'd need, at very minimum, a 100mbps line

Again, 3h per session, not per day and yeah it'll be costly if you're paying for 4x subscriptions.
The service works great, provided you have a good internet connection.
You can use any ISP for your internet, using Rain is not mandatory.

If anyone is keen to see this noob play COD MWIII on GeForce Now Ultra. Youtube doesn't do it justice because it's compressed and max 60 FPS but yeah running really well.

0-1ms in game to the server and 3-4ms to the GeForce Now server so latency is pretty low.

A 6 hour straight gaming session yesterday playing Forza Horizon 5 used about 210GB of traffic. This service can be data hungry when you play on the 1440p at 120 FPS at max bitrate.

Did you notice any delay when moving your mouse?

Input latency, or lack thereof, has been discussed a few times in this thread.

Recommend searching this thread for that term to get the most feedback about it in the context of GFN's local server.

ping to server is not equivalent to input latency. There’s very little info (in this thread at least) on how it works which is why asking people about their personal experience is the best we have right now.
