Oakdene , Glenanda, Gleneagles Exchange Problems

Hi Guys,

I am trying to get ADSL (or any connectivity) and am having major issues with Telkom. I have an outstanding order with Telkom for the last 3 years for ADSL. Apparently they say our Exchange is oversubscribed. The current speed is also 4mbps.

Is anybody having the same issues regarding the JHB South (The Glen) Exchange? How do we go about getting Telkom to upgrade the Exchange?

I have applied for telkom lines in the new complex in Glenanda. Still waiting 2 years.

Hopefully he doing something to upgrade the exchange.
