Objective-C IDE or SDK for Windows (that compiles to an iOS)

Hey all,

I was wondering if there is an Objective-C IDE/SDK for WINDOWS that compiles to a .app (an iOS app) that could match the functionality of Xcode for Mac. I am a little money-tight, so $500 > would be nice. Also, I am looking to develop 2.5D-3D games, if that helps. Yes, I do know about AppCode, but it has no GUI Builder. I would like something that is almost the same as Xcode, but for Windows, to recap.

Hackintosh in VirtualBox (or natively) with Xcode.

You're just going to waste your time trying to use something else!
 
You definatly can learn objective c on windows, but I doubt you can create apps which will run on an iOS device.

Btw, Xcode for the mac is free. Suck it up and get a mac. Or build andriod apps or windows mobile apps :)

The correct and easiest way to do this.

Without a Mac - you're going to have a hard time getting apps to compile, run and deployed to the App store.
 
I know, I was just wondering... anyway, I don't think a Hackintosh is exactly legal, is it? (I, unlike some of you, have some morale... ;))

This still requires a Mac to build the application!

Who cares if it is for personal use! If you're using it for business use, then you should just invest in a Mac Mini or something in that line instead, because you'll just be wasting your time on another platform when doing development...
When I ran Hackintosh on my i7 860, it was faster than any of my colleague's Mac Mini's/Pro's and it still outperforms the latest Mac Mini's !
 
I tend to use Ruby Motion for all my iOS development needs. You still need a Mac though.

There is PhoneGap as well, which can be used if you want to build cross platform applications in HTML, JS, CSS, but you still need a Mac.

You could use Rad Studio, which IIRC you develop applications in Delphi and it compiles to native Objective-C and Java/C++

Why not use xamarin?
You can write in C#.
You can try it for free.

It works, we have a product in the app store that was written with it.
