Damn that is quick lol, guess my house should be registered this month and debit order probably also go off this month. But not sure how much rent il be getting. Unit is being rent out atm through an agent.

Hahaha. I don't even know when my Bond will be registered but Nedbank has already linked the bond details to my account. I can even transfer money into the account. They don't play!

Haha, I've noticed...Coming from Pretoria...CPT is very expensive

My current flat is a 46SQM that I bought for R770k. Levies in Cape Town are NUTS so going to be looking for a house rather (the plan was to buy a house here in Pretoria next year anyway so just the location changes)

I think that for every 1000 rands you prepay, you shave about 4-5000 off.

Next month marks the one year anniversary since we signed OTP. Thinking of celebrating, if nothing else. It's becoming quite a farce... apparently there are hold-ups with the plans yet again.
