I'm thinking of rolling out Office 365 on my network and I was wondering who else had experience with it? Does it use a lot of bandwidth etc? Any problems experienced?

I have 60 users in 5 branches and we are currently on Office 2013 Pro Plus (with Software Assurance). If I change over to 365 I get to add Sharepoint and Project with the subscription.

Yea we've been using it for 3 years, it is awesome! I think we've had down time once in the 3 years. Bandwidth requirements are about the same as using exchange, so nothing too hectic.

thanks. Are your users saving to their OneDrive or to a local file server or Sharepoint?

Technically the "Onedrive for Business" implementation is a hosted Sharepoint site (it's actually a bit lame IMO)

Your personal folder uses the Onedrive client,to access other folders you'd use the Office Document Sync and connect it to the Sharepoint site/folder - which is a bit silly imo but i guess it allows them not to need to redo two collaboration technologies

With multiple users on a site, it will be more efficient on bandwidth to use a "file server" (or one pc) and set that up to sync to the "onedrive for business" and let the other users connect to the file server. The mobile users could be set up to sync directly if needed.
