at first i thought my pc needed an upgrade then i read about the game code being #$%^ off like they used gothic 4's code that was found in a bin.. and i must agree that cod4 was so easy to use. i think the only console command i used in that game was to check the fps lol.

im pretty bummed to the max about this cod and really disappointed. what a rush job! heres hoping a patch comes out tonight

I normally buy FPS for PC, but just this time I bought it for my PS3...No Issues my side. Had a good session lastnight :)

same, i usually buy fps on 360 these days unless its a pc exclusive....live is a big draw

of course some pc mp shooters are essentials (counter strike).

The only problem I have had with MP is that i get connection interupted on some servers after 1 min after new map and then I have to quit. Also only had 1 game crash in about 80 minutes of play. For those getting low fps, pls read this topic http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/283027-Cod-BO-temp-fps-fix , it might help. Also, what you can do is hit ctrl+alt+delete and put steam as low priority and cod as high. (I also set affinity for my cpu) For me this sorted out all my issues :)

ive tried the priority thing but havent tried the affinity part. ive got a quad 555be luckily unlocked lets hope affinity fixes this hmmm hmm. im going to delete that temp fix as it didnt help anything at all.

I have a strange issue now.... last night I could see all the SA servers no problem. Today, I only see one ?!?! Now my wife who shares my MWEB 4m uncapped connection can see all the SA servers?? but she gets disconnected like some guys have stated happens with them... So what gives? I don't get ant connection interruptions on the server I can see. I have checked all my fire wall settings, I have disabled and exited peerblock. My ADSL router is unchanged ... At a loss !

Edit: oh, and I tried with both my MWEB account and my unshaped Afrihost account ... the same!

dude reset you server filter
check the hardcore option.
earlier we only had like 2 HC servers & loads of SC

dumb question dude but u changed hardcore to all then refresh & then to none & refresh?
yesterday it wouldnt even let me add fav servers, then it worked this morning.
Reinstall perhaps?
Everything server browser related still seems to be problimatic

Had the same problem, reinstalling the game sorted the problem out for me.

I also have the no SA servers showing anymore bug :( ... but I'm not going to reinstall the game just for that, but.. in the long run, I guess it isn't a bad idea. Although, I did read somewhere they are limiting the amount of servers that gets displayed in the server browser, thats why I think some of us aren't seeing the SA servers anymore.

I think the problem with me was that I downloaded that config file and copied it into the Black Ops folder, now with that only FFA servers are displayed and nothing else.
I tried to to delete that file again, but it still only showed that one or two servers, so I just went and uninstalled the game completely and redoing the whole process.

I see you mentioned a config file, could you perhaps share your config file, maybe that will help me show the SA servers again ?

Its worth a shot :)

Just got my [-]insanely[/-] over priced copy @ R499 (CNA) after playing single player today, I think it was totally worth it now.

Did that work for you? I also uninstalled and reinstalled and I can still only find FFA... I am rather tired of that now...
