Here is a fantasy team completely compiled out of current & ex Chelsea players. Was try for complete team of ex-players, but I came up short on keepers and one defender.

Wonder if I missed someone?

Doesn't seem like Chelsea has a youth system in place to sell to other premier league teams... half of ex United players are still playing in the EPL...

I'm not sure what the club will do regarding our one-too-many foreign players problem. Ideally, we would have kept Lukaku and sold Torres, but that didn't pan out.

It boils down to one of Mikel or Cech for me, unless Mourinho allows Salah or Van Ginkel to go out on loan (which is unlikely IMO). Torres will stick around by virtue of us being short up front. I think that Cech will be gone- Courtois is back, Schwarzer has been confirmed as the number 2 keeper by Mourinho, and we don't have anyone else to cover that deeper midfield role unless we hand that position to a youngster (Ake could do the job, anyway).

It's a shame that at one stage, we had what would become the two best homegrown strikers in the league, but this is a learning for the club.

Can I see this because I watched his presser today and he said he's going to tell the number 1 keeper that he's no 1 on Sunday when the whole team gathers. He also said he's going to try and not let the other one only play the occasional Capital One Cup Tie.

Worst comes to worse (with the quota) we don't register Schwarzer and bring in Blackman. We still need 2 players to leave though if we want a striker ( I want one).

Prediction for line ups on Monday? Courtois/ Luis, Terry, Cahill, Ivanovic/ Fabregas, Matic/ Hazard, Oscar, Schurlle/ Costa

Schürrle is a better goal threat. Don't think that we will need Willian's work rate this early into the season, but I'd have him come on in the second half.

Helghast- I'd pick everyone in your team except for Azpilicueta at right back over Ivan.
