This is true. While we weren't a paragon of footballing mastery until the fresh legs came on, they also had a part to play in closing us down. If Holt is able to play like he did today, he'll make more than a few problems for EPL defences.

No idea, but I'm assuming that the clubs have to hand in a list of players that are in talks with other clubs prior to the last day. Of course, I could be wrong. Not too arsed to search.

That list only counts for local transfers afaik. Thats what I understood from tweets on the issue

What are your guys opinion on making Lampard this season or the next not automatic start, like Man U did with Scholes and Neville. It's time to get someone else, young in that role of his and relax lamps a bit since he is getting a bit old. If he proves himself and scores/assists goals then keep him in the starting 11, if not...
