It was one of the three kernals I had eye on. Fla2 the creator is pretty damn good. So was between the stock bulletproof (also a fla2 creation) glitch or ElementalX.

Oh I am pretty sure you will be able to get it locally...but you will be paying more for the part. (Don't know local places that do sell them though sorry)

Could be wrong, but this has generally been my experience when buying spare parts for electronics.

No. The location of the fonts folder is in a directory that can only be accessed via root.

I got my brother to join the Nexus club, he picked up a 2013 16gb for about R2000. I'm a bit jealous

What do you mean by drain?

The extra battery drain it causes. It is so negligable actually for the extra features.

Kernal. On the latest 2.9 ElementalX.

Was worked out that dt2w and s2s use about .3% extra battery an hour when tab not in sleep state.

Honestly I have not noticed even this slight increase.

Merely quoting the findings of flar2. Much smarter than myself with the coding and workings of these things. Not even going to pretend I understand half of what they discuss in the thread but I do follow it and small bits of info like the battery drain I pick up

Very good bargain, I was even shocked. Dude was trying to sell it like a month on gumtree, anyway, met him, checked the tablet, everything was awesome, went home with a great deal. Dunno how the warranty stands for my bro but my tablet is covered through Amazon
