Official HTC One thread

Battery life is same if not worse, i'm yet to do a factory reset though. The whole UI looks similar, but animations etc are really different. Quite a lot different.

Seems Vodacom want to send my brand new phone away to be assessed. A phone that came with the fault out of the box. If this light bleed on the entire top of the phone wasn't so bad I wouldn't have looked for it. Time to revert to Hellopeter and head office.

I haven't received an update yet. If I can find the OTA for our region I'll download it from the net and install it manually.
 
I am having a huge problem I updated my HTC M8 to lolipop on friday & since then can only connect to the internet via wi-fi & not mobile data?? anyone having similar problems & if so how do we fix it please? Im desperate (on MTN)

Could you please do me a favour and check what settings you have under your MTN access point names - MTN Data - just check - my port says not set - username mtnwap password can't see but 6 letters?
 
Ok so I drove over my One with the forklift. :mad: Looking at getting an M8. Not paying the extra to pay Vodacom prices. Any ideas where I can get 1 cheaper? Even a good second hand unit. Any feedback on the Mini?

I'd buy this. A large number of people have been having issues with delivery times though (including myself). But in the end I'd use them again.
