Official ICC 2015 CWC thread

Evening Lads,

World Cup time, looking at the pool fixtures, I reckon it's now or never for Proteas.

SA vs Zim*
SA vs India
SA vs WI
SA vs Pak
SA vs UAE

What a dream pool to be in, Surely make it to the knock out stages, from there on it might get a bit tricky, as long as Amla, AB and Steyn rock up to the party you chaps should do well.

As for England, first two opening matches, Aus and then NZ, I'm a bit nervous.

@CHURCHILL, good to hear from you again. All the best for you and team. Yeah the English do have a couple of tough opening games (NZ likely to be the toughest of the 2), but it isn't insurmountable for them to make the last 4. Best wishes!

Not happening we will have even fewer minnows at the next world cup as its being reduced to just 10 teams. ICC cartel doesn't quite get what the world cup should be about...
 
They could change the format similar to the T20 champions league where the associate members play in a qualifying pool with the lower two main members the first two weeks. Top 4 goes to the main pool

Not really my field but I rate SA is gonna win. Even the foreign decidedly biased papers are calling it.
 
Anybody know what the SA probable team will look like tommorow against Zimbabwe
