IMO he did.

The current no-ball rule is a silly one. It shouldn't be where the foot originally plants. It should be where the foot is at the point of delivery.

That was a clear no-ball. No part of his foot was ever behind the line since the first impact of the heel with the ground. Ridiculous. Benefit of the doubt should go to the batsman even if it's 50/50, and that was at least 70/30 in favor of the batsman.
