Just read that Cleverly will be out until Christmas. Its a big blow for us, as I feel when he is playing we just look a lot more solid team

Mother ****ing Kevin Davies. Biggest twat on the planet. Cleverley's recurring injury is all his ****ing fault. What a douche bag ****!!!

Oh well, atleast Christmas is exactly 5 weeks away now so not too long, but yes he will be sorely missed as always.

Edit: That means Rooney will be in midfield until x-mas, which means crap 1-0 wins until x-mas. I can't bare it :(

Newcastle !bring it home for us boys ....Swansea playing awesomely recently ,quite nervous for the game ...Cleverly,don't want to talk about it .

Wasn't too impressed with our display against Swansea. We did just enough to hold on for a victory but we have been looking so uninspired in the recent weeks. We need something to spark the team back to life.

Seems like the usual United till the new year ;)

If Sinclair had scored that sitter, would've been a completely different game.

Swansea were the better team. Pity Jones didn't scored, would've been an awesome goal. Same for Nani's effort right at the end. However I thought Nani had a very poor game...

better team? no way United dominated every step of the way, well maybe some patches they got off scott free but still :)

Exactly , I agree, that was a pretty solid performance ,not inspirational by any means, but not sure why every1s so surprised united is so flat this time of year ,its pretty much the same story every year.

Carrick put in a composed performance ,aside from his miskicked clearance, we controlled the game well.

3 clean sheets in a row and 5 in all competitions , that's how champions respond to a big defeat in my opinion.

We'll get out 'flair'back eventually ,what Saf has done is reined in the team , and insured the wheels didn't come off after the defeat , so we start rebuilding the team confidence.

here's to breaking the record for consecutive 1 nil wins.:)

I thought Swansea played really well in the second half and there were some nervous moments for us.

We'll lucky Sinclair missed that open goal, otherwise we would've been in trouble.

Oh yeah no sure , mad respect to swansea for the way they approach football , clear passing philosophy , ...they went to anfield and had more possession. That speaks volumes , based on their performance against us I really hope they stay up.
Quite frankly I compare all three promation teams to the likes of wigan, wolves, blackburn and The latter really don't deserve to be in the epl.

Swansea played well, if Sinclair and Dyer had proper soccer brains we would have been in a bit of trouble. Its just a little frustrating at the moment, I think we need one good victory and everything will come right again.

Well to be fair Nathan Dyer made Evra look stupid :/ -on more than 1 occasion.

Sure they are exciting and talented players but several times they would dribble past a couple of players then lose their mind and try to dribble across the entire United squad. If they are taught to look for opportunities after beating a few players, the entire tea, would look and probably be more deadly. Also their shooting skills leave a lot to be desired, but they are great at speeding up the game for Swansea.

Benfica tommorw night gentlemen , kinda sorta ,one of those pesky "must win " or we get knocked out games.

I assume Fletcher will be brought back in to continue the brilliance that is happening in our central midfield right now.

Ferguson coming out and saying we're extending berba's contract by a year,...suppose this reassures us supporters that we have atleast a top class striker for the Carling and FA cup games

Update:Johnny Evans missed todays training with reports of him picking up a knock , so its likely he'll miss Tue's game.
On a side note , distant cheering could be heard around the Theatre of Dreams as the news broke , altho its most probably conincidental.:)

If SAF doesn't buy a playmaker (cough Sneijder cough) in January I am going to seriously doubt what's going on in his head.

Cleverley is good and all but his injuries are a great cause for concern (next Hargreaves?) I mean he hasn't even played in a CL match yet.
