Well, only 10 of the current clubs have been there since 2006/07. I've compiled a list of all 33 Premier League clubs that have been in the league since 2006/07 and their spending. The current 10 EPL clubs are in bold. The figures in brackets are the amount of seasons they have spent in the top flight since 2006/07. Figures are also in millions and pounds.

You should really look at net transfer spend though. Arsenal might have spent 211mil, but they sold players to the value of R250mil. Which brings their net spend to +/- profit of 40 mil.
That would make Arsenals spending the lowest of all the teams currently in the EPL.
