OK, I'm with Telkom, but also have an Afrihost account, which is better?

Also any tips on the best way to rip my dvd's onto an external harddrive to pay it in the best quality on a Full HD lcd please let me know... i have them as VOB's as they are the best quality to me and now they wont recognise them on the ps3 as a single movie i have to play each vob file seperately!

theres a little freeware app called vobjoiner, and it err... joins vobs....into one file. There are lots of apps that will do this.

Telkom uses SAIX backbone, Afrihost uses IS backbone. In my experience SAIX has lower latencies. Might be because of my location. I don't know.

Guys, very new to PS3, I'm starting to get all the platinum editions of the games seeing as I have no games, already got Uncharted 2 and Killzone 2, love them both...was wondering how is Metal Gear Solid? Never played the game before or series, is it worth getting?

Anyone have a list of Good games to get? Getting Darksiders when it releases...just not sure if I should get it on the Xbox or Ps3...anyone have a website that does game comparisons between the 2? before I buy it..

How many 3D TV's have you seen around?
It's a question of demand. If there is a low percentage of 3D TV's on the market, it is not viable to create a 3D title. Goes for anything digital - blu-ray, TV programs etc.

yes batman goty. It comes with glasses so should work on any tv.

Ive been looking for the answer to a question but havent been able to find tan answer, so maybe someone here can help me.

Firstly, Can a PS3 play any games. i recieve alot of stuff from the states and want to know if games from there will work on a local unit.
i read that games are region free, but there was something about a DLC code..? Not sure what that means.
can someone explain?
