South Africa + Europe. Australia, NZ, Argentina and Japan.

Europe already have numerous local derbies, not to mention the Heineken Cup.

Super Rugby needs to go back to Super 12 and expand on the club and national divisions. Restructuring the Super 15 may also work, but the SA, AUS and NZ rugby committees need to work together, also don’t know how true the current media speculation is with AUS and NZ wanting to break away since they are currently busy with massive input within our (Southern Hemisphere) laws and regulations. The Rugby Championship can also likely see Argentina compete within the Super 15 structure, but this will be highly based on evaluation terms, also not likely to see their players released elsewhere.

Japan also have numerous derbies and company based teams (in separate divisions), maybe contending to play against USA and Canada…

Just glad I am not Dewald Potgieter today.

It's like he betted his whole house on the Bulls losing.

Worst decision making I have ever watched.

I was also sitting thinking wtf?

But I must say after the game he at least had a reason for doing it. He explained that by pinning the Brumbies in their own 1/4 they kept them from scoring. And in some warped way it is true. Right after they took the 3 points and received the deep kick off from the brumbies, the brumbies scored.....

But in reality the brumbies won because a Fscking lock was standing in the back line on center position and the brumbies simply ran around him....

when are people going to learn that when you in do or die matches you take the points on offer, no matter what the situation is. you no longer get bonus points for scoring 4 tries. bulls will struggle without a leader in their team.

Well, that and the fact that Bjorn Basson came out of the line leaving Van der Merwe facing Toomua. Fleet footed flyhalf will always beat a lock. Basson really is useless in defense.

So the Champs will be crowned Champs again, really expected the Crusaders to go through as according to the stats. The article I posted by Tank Lanning was actually spot on in regard with the Bulls-Brumbies match. I really cannot see how the Brumbies will win on Waikato… They also said that the Bulls was unbeatable at home…

Well the Chiefs with a full strength team will be a lot harder to beat than a Bulls team with three of their senior players out, one of whom was the captain.

I think the whole of SA barring Potgieter was wondering the same thing.

Yes, Basson drifted and Vd Merwe was simply to fscking slow to cover a flyhalf that has more than one leg.

Cheetahs scrumhalf Piet van Zyl has agreed to join the Bulls and play Super Rugby for the Pretoria franchise on a two year contract.

Van Zyl will join the The Blue Bulls Company (Pty) Ltd on a two year contract from November 1st, 2013 which is after the Currie Cup.

The Pretoria-born 23 year old scrumhalf made his Springbok debut in 2013 following some very good performances for his Super Rugby franchise, the Cheetahs.

Interesting move. So they'd rather have him than James O'Bieber. I guess that clears the way for Grant to be the Stormers pivot again.

SuperBru Legends started to make their picks:

- Cobus Visagie – Chiefs by 10
- George Gregan – Brumbies by 11 (group leader)
- Corne Krige – Chiefs by 9

I’m not supporting any Aussie team to take the cup, sorry Jake.

Bulls keep buying scrumming and flyhalves like they breeding them.
thought Van Zyl would have been a better move for him

If we were breeding them, we woudn't buy them. Want some wings with your ribs?
