NZ should win again.
One of them will spear tackle Matt Giteau, or use whatever means to take him out.

SA will maybe win 2 games, one against the Aussies in CT at least.
Hopefully we win the Nelson Mandela Challenge Plate.

I see our main rivals this year being the Aussies actually ..... NZ have been looking far below par and if the Boks plan properly (please Snor, please), we'll beat NZ and have toughies against Aus.

Snor seemed to be really happy to lose that last Lions test, thereby proving that the super 14 stars from the Bulls can't play test rugby.

Yeah that's what I'm getting at ....... he can't muck about with untested players being in the squad. Our Tri-Nations squad HAS to be full of experienced, in form players only ..... no liteys or 'stars in the making' etc etc

Yes our untested Flyhalf did a lot better than the tested Pienaar

Zane was not to bad at fullback but not 100% there yet. Sure he will be next year though.

Guys like Muller are n ottest qaulity, and well the thing is everyone says we have great depth to our side....uhm maybe if we play teams like Wales/scotland/india(:p) but truely we don't have replacements for:

Bakkies
Bismarck (cause if you move john back then his place is non-efilla)
F. Steyn at fullback (next year ludick or Zane might)
Du preez
Habana
Beast
And at flyhalf we are always struggeling:o

Thus 7 spots that have a lack of depth IMO

Yeah looks like a solid team barring Januarie and Chilliboy.

Well I must say for a BEE selection chilliboy is probably as good as it get till just before, worthy of the teamno matter your colour.

Maybe Januarie should go on a diet then come back to profesional rugby?

Hey, losing him makes WeePee stronger, so I don't mind. :)

I know :o

It is like the time the bulls bought Wayne "The Pain" Julies from the lions (Fsck knows why?!) and then he got drafted to go with the bok sq. and he never played for them. Thus a win win situation where no one is playing him :D

While we did well against the lions barring the final test... I can't help but feel that we're on a bit of downwards slope at the moment

The Ausies seem to be getting stronger and stronger under coach Robbie Deans. I would not be surprised in the slightest if they were to walk away with the trophy this year.
