This is possibly the weakest AB side in history....

Yes agreed, I alluded to that in earlier post...

....therefore the Boks should measure their performance against that and not get carried away until the beat the Wobble'ies.

Who is getting carried away?

We beat the all blacks 2 weeks in a row, something that does not happen and i believe we beat them because we played better not because they are poor.

We will give the aussies a good go i reckon and personally i cannot see how they will beat us, i may eat my words on sat but SA really look like the best team in the world and i think we will prove it by winning the tri nations.

Agreed..:) I was most surprised that the blacks beat OZ in OZ, most surprised... Australia will be a different proposition on Saturday. It's quite an important game for them to win and one wonders how the 2 weeks off will benefit Australia in relation to the Boks 2 tough fixtures...

O yea blix :D

The return of Ruan Pienaar into the selection mix will not prompt Springbok coach Peter de Villiers into making any changes for Saturday’s final home Tri-Nations fixture against...

W00t W00t

Stuff that in your pipe and smoke it lance :D

No ozzie the public holidays are just crazy man, i wish they would do away with 90% of them because it messes up so much, people take time off work to make long weekends. Country would be far more productive without so many.

Peter De Villiers using some common sense for once. Something that has been sorely lacking...

Can't wait for Saturday - come on Bokke! :)

I would agree, but after watching the municipal guys working outside my house the past few days I have my doubts. Less pub holidays may just make them operate even slower...

If we can crush the Aussies like we did last year I am only going to recover from my babalas on tuesday :D

Crushing the shackle-draggers is easy, but in may involve a yellow card.

Just send bakkies to accidently take out GITTIE "as im sure the aussie's must call him."

What is it with the australian's fascination with appending "ie" and "ara" onto the end of every word? :)

I'm sure their favorite word must be "BARRAMUNDI" as it involves the use of both of their favorite sounds.

Ya... caught a BARRAMUNDI up in DAAARWIN. Fished with a BRIKKIE named Bruce, nice FELLAA. His brother CHAARLIE, a BOOKIE gave me good odds to beat the SAFFAAAS on the weekend. GEE wiz, i bet my last kookAAbAARAA hatchIE we would win hand downs. :p

/edit.. To any aussies reading this, its just playful banter, i full expect a retort. Remember, i'm just T"EAA"zing :p:D

Ozzies are going to be a handful on Saturday, they preparing for war!!!

I'm not feeling so confident... The Boks must be feeling it by now, Lions series, AB's on 2 consecutive Saturday's, fock me!! They must be close to spent...

The all blacks played into our hands with their running rugby. The aussies will be much tougher. We will have to show some tactical cleverness and willingness to stray slightly away from the kick run and chase game which worked so well against the All Blacks.

Time will tell, but i think the older players appreciate this, and so hopefully they will shift gear appropriately.

But no mistaking it, the aussies are gonna be very tough.
