Guys seriously who cares if morne and ruan have slipped up or whatever, win together lose together and support the players on the field.

We have won 3 out of 3 and still we find things to pick on. Just be happy we are a winning team i reckon.

Ruan is a great player as is morne and francious, so let's concentrate on tomorrow's game more than someone who may or may not have cost us a try in a game we won.

He was covering the outside as he should have been as fullback while a gaping hole was left by Morne in defence which allowed Giteau to run straight through.... is this the same event you were referring to?

He should have covered the back FFS. LOL

Yes I said it before (Sir just cannot get it) this is a GOOD Springbok setup and CC arguments is best discussed in the bedroom (As nothing else happens there)

WE WILL WIN 46/25

ANY BETS?

I think more along the lines of 32 - 19

I have a inkling feeling we are going to see real running rugby for a change. (thus higher scores?) The team with the best defense (read my lips) should be on top.

Ha ha so you are saying that when the opposition is attacking 10m from our line he should be standing in the dead ball area covering the back?!?! ha ha ha yeah yeah a real rugby expert we have on our hands here!

When that move started they were damn far from the line. BTW I do not really blame him as he is not even sure what role to play therefor his constant out of position play.

I would not complain if we played a tad more running rugby but the current style is also imo not bad at all. Test rugby should be played to win :)

But yeah 6 tries or more against the aussies will put a great big smile on my face :D

Sorry, I didn't realise you didn't actually watch the game....

Here is a link of the highlights.... start watching at 6:45 minutes. The Australians had a scrum on our 5m line. Ball gets passed to Giteau who strolls straight through from first phase ball. Ruan is standing in the defensive line on the try line near the touch line exactly as he was meant to! The try is scored next to the poles. So Ruan was to blame?

:erm:

Mr Rugby expert, tell me why should Morne have been standing next to the scrum? Fourie missed the tacle, so did Brussouw.... Uhm see how Morne is only in picture after the try is scored? That was neither Ruan nor Morne's fault that was two missed tackles by Fourie and Brussouw.

If you had a firm grasp of the English language you would have noted my response referring to Morne leaving a gaping hole was a sarcastic one in response to Penguin asking questions about where Ruan was when the try was scored!

In my posting of the video you will see no mention of me saying that Morne conceded the try.

You would do well to perhaps direct that last sentence at Penguin who made these two comments re Ruan's role in the try :

A try conceded a few minutes after he replaced FS. Where was he? LOST!

BTW I do not really blame him as he is not even sure what role to play therefor his constant out of position play.

Yeah Git come on the inside, isn't the flank and scrumhalf meant to cover that channel? Morne was drifting across towards the centers....

But anyhow agreeing with Killa here, let's put the Morne/Ruan debate behind us and move forward...

GO THE BOKKE!!!!!:)

Sorry I am capped. You mean Ruaan was standing on the short side next to the touch line? He did not anticipate that they would rather move the ball in the opposite direction away from the touch line area as to prevent being pushed out and to give their backline some space? So much for forward thinking and anticipation. I just wonder what FS would have done in that situation. Positional play comes to mind again.

Sir, You are right I am not the expert, I thought Ruaan should have been.

BTW, I never claimed it was his fault, I just stated the fact that directly after the 2 replacements were made our goalline was breached (Reference to PDV). The rest I left to your imagination and I played you along. You have done well grabbing the line and continued your antics with your anti MS campaign.

You are right. We will look with a critical eye at Ruaan's performance as you turned/aligned our scopes onto him. He better prove you right, but i doubt it. :D

Who gives a flying F&^%.

No more sleeps W00t w00t, got a meeting in potch, so i may do some flying on the way home with no plates, argggggggggg hope the cops are not out today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Might have to find a pub there in which case no booze before the game, during the game and after the game. Might be a good thing is we lose :D.

GO BOKKE

Oh lovely Penguin decided to carry this on some more in the early hours of the morning and of course it would be extremely rude of me not to humour him, so I will. Besides it is still early and too chilly still to get outside and do something more interesting.

Perhaps you need to rather watch the clip, or need to have actually have watched the game, before we continue this ridiculous conversation. When the opposition has a scrum there is a rule which states the opposition backline needs to be 5m behind their own 8th man's feet. So when the Aussies had a scrum on the Springbok five metre line, in the centre of the field, the Springbok backline then had to line up on their own try line across the field!

Although you are really just arguing because you have no friends or girlfriend to entertain you are 2 in the morning obviously, I will add to the stupidity of this argument by asking why Morne did not then "anticipate" that Giteau would cut back inside? Surely he is a god when it comes to rugby and can read other player's minds? Instead he stood outside of him with his arms spread almost waiting for him to run straight at him.

As for your comments about playing me, whatever. The exact same thing could be said by me. As for my supposed anti-Morne stance, I still stick by what I have said repeatedly. Morne can kick. He still needs to prove that he has other abilities. Do you not find it strange that all of a sudden in this trinations (which just happens to coincide with when Morne was made flyhalf) the opposition teams are making comments about our rugby being one dimensional and purely a kicking game.
