I get it all the time. Has been going on for months logged numerous calls. Replaced my router. Gave up!

I'm also having DNS issues today. Suddenly can't access Reddit and isup.me is showing it as available. I switched over to the Google DNS to get the site to work.

I have asked Fox nicely to cancel my contract via email (23 May). They answered that they will get back to me. Send another email as reminder but still no answer (26 May). To cancel via webportal is not possible for me.
Have phoned once but no answer. tel:+27878050000
Almost as bad as Openweb.

I cancelled one of my accounts that way and it was cancelled when I asked it to be cancelled.

Don't know if it is vox, but my internet is like up and down, sometimes it is flying, then sites load extremely slow or not all and then suddenly it flies again.

Signed up with CrystalWeb - will run the Vox account down at one of my other login locations.

Was good while it lasted.
