Official Vox DSL feedback thread

I just downgraded my Vox uncapped account to a Fatpipe. I still a afrihost capped account as well. Does the Fatpipe out perform Afrihost given there troubles recently. I was trottled to death on the uncapped account.
 
Anyone want to takeover my Fatpipe 200GB + Bolton Uncapped package?
Just pay me for the rolled over data 800GB

Vox is usually my backup account for my line, but recently has been my "main" account as the afrihost one has not performed like it has in the past. Last night though the net was visibly slow on Vox, it actually felt slow as well, although it seems better this morning. Keeping an eye on it for now.

Can relate to that, 144p Youtube streams were buffering. It was only for a short while though.

I had the same issue so switched to my Telkom account but the problem persisted.
I assumed it was my local exchange but maybe it was peering point issue.

Anyone else in the Durban area having problems with international connectivity?
 
apparently the bolt-on no longer exist it seem. been asked by VOX to get another package. having endless problems with my gig4gig + bolt-on. used 60gb in a single day where its supposed to be CAPPED 1+1gb...

Also having issues in KZN. Past few nights pings have been all over the place at times. Tonight it is just unusable. Long periods with no throughput at all. Cannot game at all. Speedtest takes long to load and shows 0 throughput. Sometimes something loads, but overall it is just broken.
