Official Vox DSL feedback thread

I just wanted to say that I am loving the fact that VOX implemented this portal so fast, it seems to be a problem for some but not for vox :)
 
Hi Voxy, my trace seems to be usual but reality is that some sites either load forever or timeout

EDIT: nvm, seems to be working again after 15 mins.
 
Voxy - Could you please have your tech's fix your mailserver.

I logged a ticket but I haven't had a reply.

This is going to affect users getting mail from you. We shouldn't have to implement workarounds due to your (read Vox's) badly configured mailserver.

Please have the tech's take a look and fix.

Is there a problem with Vox DNS again?

Couldn't browse international sites. Speed test on PS4 showed 0.05 kbps download speed on my 20Mbps VDSL line. Changed DNS to Google DNS (8.8.8.8) and now my international sites are working and the PS4 speed is back to normal.

My DNS on my router is normally set to automatically get from ISP.

Edit: Changed it back to Vox DNS and speed dropped again and cannot browse the internet.

Popular torrent is sitting at 7kB/s again.

WTF is going on with Vox? Yesterday fine, the day before slow, today slow again and looking shaped.
 
my 40 mbps vdsl line now sync at 45 mbps according to my router and my snr stats also slightly better. What happened. ??

my internet is flying...

Did you make sure ports on your router are open for the torrent application and all the settings are correct in the torrent software?
