We had an issue with CPT IPC, not JHB ... What's your ticket number, I'd like to have a look at this.
Let me refer back to when I logged the call:
"Subsequent to the JHB IPC losing connectivity (Wednesday 11 November 2015) and routing via redundant IPC services, Telkom managed to resolve the problem on their network (Thursday 12 November 2015).
Traffic that was routed via the redundant medium now traverse the restored IPC.
After monitoring, we can confirm that the fault has been resolved.

So all sorted now, I just fear the guys are wasting time looking into this when it is no longer an issue. Keep getting updates that they are still investigating.
