Official Vox DSL feedback thread

Seems dead in Durban North, authenticated but nothing works. Other ISP accounts are fine.
 
Vox Is FUBAR tonight - Pay Chris more to come back , seems he was the glue in the ISP. starting to become the new Afrishost/Openweb i hope not. stop getting more people and sort the network.

You must have other network issues that is causing your frustration.

Iv'e been with them 4 months and only experienced downtime twice (this being the second), and it has always been sorted out swiftly.

The words you utter can have a devastating effect on a company / brand. Use it sparingly.

Last week it was p2p shaped on my unshaped fat pipe , not only person with this issue. 4months and down twice is too many , sure some other ISP's can state 0 down time in the same 4 months.

Vox has been great Love my Bolt-On product too , i have multiple accounts with multiple ISP's , and default to Vox , but this is my gaming time , and this outage cost me a win and a report for AFK. giving me some time to p1ss and moan while i wait for my ban timer for the afk to run out.
 
Please note that there is currently a adsl authentication outage. This is national engineers are currently attending to sort this out

Hi there,

Do you guys have VDSL packages? and if so, what is the pricing of these products? Im looking for a 20Mbps bundled uncapped package. Unable to find this on the site nor am i able to choose it from within my client zone package.
