Can someone please explain this to me. Also why do my router at time automatically go to bridge mode. I have TP Link router.

Is Vox affected by the Seacom outage? My international speeds have been fine so far until today - it is now really slow.

I've got vox bolt on plus 50gb fat pipe lite which I pay R150 pm. Is this still a good deal or should I cancel? I'm on LTE now since place I'm at doesn't have adsl.
 
I have been on the legacy 1gb free account with bolt on. only pay R62 odd. with afrihost no longer doing the 20gb accounts anymore I need an alternative. so I was thinking of getting the fatpipe lite. but can I get this and keep bolt on?

I'm sure you could. Fatpipe Lite plus Bolt on was the last iteration of Bolt-on.
 
Have an Axxess account currently in my modem/router (working fine), and various dial-up's on PC, one of which is Vox. My bolt-on account's not authenticating - haven't been able to log in (on & off) for the last hour.

Vox/y - if there are network problems, hope you sort them out before the weekend (ie. 6pm Friday)!

I also had issues last night authenticating with my VOX account. Currently on my Telkom account, will test again in a few minutes.

EDIT: Nope, my VOX account still not authenticating :(

Thanks for responding & confirming the same ; usually I find there's no-one else on the Vox thread/s that confirms the same issue I might be having :D

I tried again about 2 minutes ago, and was able to login to the Vox acct. - presumably you should be able to as well, now. Regards.

It's on their top up option but you cannot purchase it as you have to select pay with CC and it keeps giving an error because the min purchase value is R10.

Vox is this some kind of joke?
 
So I wonder if it is an error, since I selected it and pressed "Bill to account" and it added 1TB to my account at R0.

Even after that the 1TB free option is still available to use again...So I'm going to assume it's an error and might get fixed/reverted.
 
I'm still having issues with my VOX Fatpipe account. Everything basically works that I normally browse/use, except for store.steampowered.com.

I can login to Steam via the client, but the store page doesn't load for me :(

Switching to my Telkom account, it works. It's really weird though. Suppose I must just switch to Google's DNS servers, which I'll do so now.

EDIT: After a router restart, now it's working :D
