Can one view the portal on all browsers and do they have an Android App?

Yes, but it's useless, can't check data usage and doesn't keep session properly.

Online website portal is good though, can see break-down in terms of e.g. p2p and hourly.

You know how you can cancel a service with any other ISP online in the customer control portal? And how you can then go back and stop the pending cancellation with the click of a button?

Not with Vox.

Over the past week I tried my Vox account again and I am very pleased
that it is running perfectly.

Therefor I would like to stop the cancellation of my VDSL service and
would like to keep it with Vox.

I would also like my Line to be added to the services menu so that I
can re-create the port if needed.

Cancellation has already been processed. We cannot reverse it.
We will have to reactivate it by purchasing the new package.
40Mbps VDSL line is now R609.04p/m

Is this a joke? On all other ISPs one can stop a cancellation with the click of a button on a user portal.

I requested cancellation to be stopped but they said, once cancellation date has been set, they cannot reverse it.

Is anyone's account acting up, speedtest gives me 6Mbps on a 40Mbps line and a direct NVIDIA driver download I did the other day at full speed now only gives me about 15Mbps but YouTube and an Ubuntu torrent gives me full speed.

Some stuff works perfectly while others are almost dead.

Is anyone's account acting up, speedtest gives me 6Mbps on a 40Mbps line and a direct NVIDIA driver download I did the other day at full speed now only gives me about 15Mbps but YouTube and an Ubuntu torrent gives me full speed.

Some stuff works perfectly while others are almost dead.

My speeds also suck all of a sudden.
Speedtests show 7 mbps on a 10 mbps line, increased latency and increased jitter.

That sounds about right, it's mostly international stuff that doesn't work for me, I have no idea what speedtest's issue is but all my other stuff that's off is international.
