Official Vox DSL feedback thread

Latency LoL EUW fluctuates between 158 and 230. It's the packet loss that's the problem.
 
Can't even connect to my Vox Account... Could the issue you guys posted be related to this?
 
WTH vox. i am getting capped page but i only used 21% my data.

also the url shows incorrect account.

anyone else having issues at the moment? according to their status page everything is fine.
 
rolls over to 6 months worth of data. once you reach that limit any further data is lost.

eg. 100gb package rolls over to 600gb. after that it starts dropping gigs.
When you say starts dropping gigs, what do you mean? I take it you lose of those 600gigs? So let's say you lose 100 gigs, and left with 500. When you get your new allocation, does that take it back up to 600?

Im trying to find the below terms and conditions, but don't see it

exactly as you said. so on month 7 you will still have 600gigs.

not sure where it states that in the t and cs. but that's how it has been for a long time.

Yeh trying to find it in the ts and cs, because the wording is a bit confusing
 
Howzit all, just do yourselves a favour and check if you were debited for your Vox account this month, I saw that my payment wasn't processed and I called them to ask about it. There seems to be an issue with their payment/accounts system and they are busy looking at it. I wouldn't want to lose access to my FAT PIPE account due to an issue on their end.

I noticed this as well. Gave them a call. Payment has gone through now.
 
Is VOX experiencing issues in Cape Town again?

I tried to download a file and was getting a max of 23KBs on VOX.
Switched to my Telkom account and the file downloaded at 512KBs so I doubt it is the line or exchange.
 
Anybody in the East Rand side, Boksburg specifically, on Vox ADSL? Want to move to them, as Crystalweb is making me lose my hair with all their issues, but don't want to go from bad to bad...

Sorry not in your area. But the last 3 odd years with Vox I had maybe one hour of problem. Move down to the cape :p

It might be cheaper to just try Vox from up here, regardless! Might just take the plunge, can't be worse then Crystalweb at the moment!
