Official Vox DSL feedback thread

Phoned them and they say no problem in JHB but i'm also down.
 
Support told me are experiencing a nationwide outage with no ETR - On all Vox services apparently
 
*opens google drive*
*creates folder*
*clicks upload*
*reads 'protocol error', translation - you deleted the internet*

Certain websites are working perfectly though so its definitely isolated.

Cloudflare dns FTW much faster and only 6 hops vs 9 hops with Google DNS
 
Massive packet loss whole week but today is the worst. CPT area FTTH Openserve
 
Vox is seriously spazzing out.
130+ ms on speedtest.

Wow Supersonic is letting me down so switched to Vox and went from bad to worse. Switching my cheap backup backup cybersmart account. :rolleyes: Which is working at least. :unsure:

Vumatel? The problem is likely related to congested IPC or issues with their Openserve IPC link which Vumatel and others does not use
