Oldest TV stuff on VHS

I still got my Pop Shop tapes.
Also some Fast Forward with Alex Jay - a hoot to watch.

So what old stuff do you guys still have lurking on tape somewhere?
I prefer VHS over anything digital!!

Sound is better and picture looks better (Not flat (Because it is not compressed))

Analog is and always will be THE PUREST form of sound, etc :)

The dinosaur sitcom was aptly named, wait for it.... Dinosaurs!

"I'm the baby, gotta love me!" was the catchphrase.

lol my fav line was "knock the mama" bwahahahaha the funniest part was that the baby used to say that to the dad !

I used to have the entire X-men and Spiderman Series. Tapes are still at my Parents should go check it out.

Snippets of Pop shop.... 1983 or 4. Also some Bop TV stuff. They once showed Pink Floyd's "The Final Cut" video and I recorded it, unfortunately on that particular day their sound was lousy. I also have a lot of material recorded from when the Oceanos sank.

I have Airport 1975 recorded off TV1 Saturday feature night from back in the day, some mighty mouse and Disney cartoons and a whole whack of other early 80's stuff.

Can't tell what's what though because the VCR was affirmatively shopped some years back. Hope it burned their shack down.

Please record a bit and upload? My GF has asked me if I remember it and I don't - wanna see some and maybe even show her for lolz....plz?

I had 1 tape with all the SA Sports Illustrated and Cosmopolitan Lingerie Shows...

I have old family vids that are somewhat sentimental and need to get them digitized. Any idea whereabout in PTA I can do that and a ballpark figure? Shot

I've got tapes with The Simpsons and Futurama on. And a cartoon called Dog Tracer from 1996. Thats the oldest I've got. The rest of y'all are so old.

@tco21. I can convert those tapes 4 u to digital. And I'm dirt cheap. I'll pm you.

PS. I also found tapes where my mother recorded... wait for it... Bold and the Beautiful!

I once saw a tape that was older than me, it was the news aswell as something called streetwise(which i had to digitize for the lady, she was a presenter)
