OMG does CellC ever answer their phones!!?

Ive been on hold for fricken ages and this is the 2nd time im phoning...

I think telkom has some competition when it comes to answering their phones

EDIT: And i just got disconnected after being on hold for 20mins!!

They definitely use the same tactics as telkom, keep em on hold long enough and they'l give up. If they dont, we'll just DC them

Its painfull. Ironic too, a phone company that doesnt answer their phones lol

Have you tried calling MTN customer services? well then cell c don't seem so bad. LMAO

I must say tho, when I did get through. The staff were veeery helpful, the dude even phoned later to see if everything was sorted. 5 star

I was with CellC for one month after returning from the UK. The coverage was poor (it seems that they piggyback on Vodacom) and there was no 3G services - something not told to me when I bought the 3G phone package for CellC!! In addition, their Edge/GPRS was barely functional - often having problems.

I got so annoyed that I paid the penalty for early cancellation and transferred my number to Vodacom!! Cost me over 4K in penalties
