One month later, no joy

Hi There,

I logged a case telephonically (case 17168819) with Telkom Mobile call center on the 20th of October, to move a multisim to prepaid. A whole month later, after numerous calls to the call center, nothing has happened yet.
The initial case was incorrectly loaded by their operator, which was rectified, but now all they say when I call is that they will send a mail message to the person assigned to the call!
The call center agents basically told me that there are no timelines by which requests are serviced - "we will get to it when we get to it"...

This is just pathetic. Just thought I'd share this with prospective Telkom Mobile clients.:mad:

Great I'm seeing this now, I thought I was the only one pulling my hair out here, signed up for the unlimited LTE on 4th November, they contacted me on the 6th, my account was debited on the 7th (yup, a Saturday) and ever since then, I have had no communication, their call center is useless, endless horrible music, 2 different agents saying I will either get an email or sms the same day, none arrived, online chat is just as bad, 2 agents escalated my case, no reply, hellopeter complaint met with same issue, they seem to have taken and ran with my money.
