Oneplus 7T and 7T Pro

So no call recording built into the stock Oxygen OS out of the box?

Yeah, it's a very sweet deal. Pretty chuffed that there's dual sim functionality in tact, zero Vodacom bloatware or branding and network unlocked. The Vodacom sim is still in the sleeve it shipped in...

Must say the T series don't play nice with TWRP so no custom recovery for now and also the No Limits custom rom isn't as stable as I had initially thought. For some reason the debloat options I selected have not been implemented, Duo, Google Music, Gmail, all apps I wanted off, remain firmly in place. Bit miffed about that but it's not a deal breaker. Seems there one or two anomalies with the T series that don't effect the regular models...

Other then that very happy with the device. It's not dissimilar to my 1 year old 7Pro. Didn't think I would notice a different in performance but it does seem a tad snappier! Haven't really had a chance to put the camera through its paces but I'm not expecting any difference there...

I did take a portrait mode selfie using gcam and the edge detection was excellent. An area the 7Pro used to battle a bit...

If you don't want to root your phone, then you have to use JOnePlusTool and ADB.

I’ve tried this when I had my OP6.
The ADB command enables the call record function but it disappears after a while.
JOnePlus Tool failed to install at a particular point.

Having sold out is a good thing really, at least they know there is a good market for them in SA.
Hopefully the next deals will be on 8T pro, Im so used to wireless charging that I couldnt go back and the 8T pro is their first device that supports it.

they called me when I placed the order on Monday but when I checked on the status today they said status is still pending confirmation so likely a bugger up on their side but either way makes my odds lower
 
I did my upgrade this morning and was told it will be delivered next week Monday
