What happened?

I dropped mine from about 1.2m. Landed on the frikken claw of a hammer! [:wtf: I know...]

Glass shield was smashed- spider-webbed across most of its surface area (disperses shock I guess?).

Phone screen underneath that was 100%. Brilliant :D

I RMA's that phone for battery problems- it was a Ver1 phone.

The replacement I got was Ver3, and it came with a screen protector, but not tempered glass. Swapped that out pronto!
I'm not quite sure, my wife uses it now, something about our two year old bumping her elbow, phone fell. I removed the smashed up protector, phones actual glass is perfect. Would like to get a new protector on as soon as possible.

How do you tell version numbers?

Anyone got a spare or recommend where I can buy a tempered glass protector for the OPO? Mine took a knock, need to replace the tempered glass.
Thanks.
I got mine from Amazon. Took about 2 weeks to get here.

A bit of a resurrection.

I see CM13 Snapshots are now available and I'm a bit tired waiting for COS13 to arrive.

I'm a bit of a noob in this regard. I only have one real concern. Will the FNB and Snapscan apps work on a rooted device?

Might be very old, but still doing the business :) new Rom, great battery life now.

Not saying it's a crap phone. I sold mine to make way for the OP5 and it was still going pretty strong. Very good battery life being rooted with custom firmware.

But after 3 years, if I damaged it I would have just let it go softly into the good night. It had a good innings.

Yeh I agree, but I suppose some might not have the cash for a brand new device. So if the LCD works out cheaper, and the phone still going great everywhere else, then maybe that is a better option.

Im keen to see what OP does with their next device... I was hoping the One X was available, but that was very difficult to get hold of

For those who stil has, or had the original OnePlus one, any idea on notifications sounds.

I have the slider turned to vibrate, but then when notifications come through, it moves it off to normal mode. It's a bit annoying when sitting in meetings, and get the sounds automatically turned on.

Im assuming it's something to do with DND?
