Sad is it not. What is sadder is that these Palestinians do what they do to confront the Israelis knowing they will be killed believing they will become inheritors of multiple virgins. Seems to be they are starved of woman attention if they keep on falling for that joke.

I'm sorry, let me fill in the missing details for you.
Just so you have all the facts.

Two hate filled palestinian teenagers, cousins from bet haununa, hasan and achmed manasra ages 13 and 15 went on a stabbing spree.
First they attacked a 21 year old Israeli man, he is still in critical condition, then then attacked the 13 kid on a bicycle.
As they ran away, one was hit by a car, the 13 year old who survived, the 15 year old ran towards some cops and was killed.

There is a report that they first went into a store but when the worker there answered them in arabic they left him alone and went on their rampage.
There is more info if you like, street names etc, I am not sure how many facts you would like?
There is nothing showing that he didnt receive medical attention, on the contrary, there are police pushing away a very angry israeli bystander.
Of the two, one was killed the other not, I dont know which is the one in the video.

Did the knife fall out of the sky or did the Israelis "plant" the knife? Maybe the ambulance medical staff realised there is no point or maybe they're just fed up. Who cares? Not me. If you look for confrontation you take what you get! SAD BUT TRUE.
