Several scholars endorse Simha Flapan's view that it is a myth that Zionists accepted the partition as a compromise by which the Jewish community abandoned ambitions for the whole of Palestine and recognized the rights of the Arab Palestinians to their own state. Rather, Flapan argued, acceptance was only a tactical move that aimed to thwart the creation of an Arab Palestinian state and, concomitantly, expand the territory that had been assigned by the UN to the Jewish state.[91][92][93][94][95] Baruch Kimmerling has said that Zionists "officially accepted the partition plan, but invested all their efforts towards improving its terms and maximally expanding their boundaries while reducing the number of Arabs in them."[96]

Addressing the Central Committee of the Histadrut (the Eretz Israel Workers Party) days after the UN vote to partition Palestine, Ben-Gurion expressed his apprehension stating:

"…the total population of the Jewish State at the time of its establishment will be about one million, including almost 40% non-Jews. Such a [population] composition does not provide a stable basis for a Jewish State. This [demographic] fact must be viewed in all its clarity and acuteness. With such a [population] composition, there cannot even be absolute certainty that control will remain in the hands of the Jewish majority... There can be no stable and strong Jewish state so long as it has a Jewish majority of only 60%".[97]

Ben-Gurion said "I know of no greater achievement by the Jewish people . . . in its long history since it became a people".[98]

Israeli army unit storms hospital and kills Palestinian

Commandos arrest wounded Palestinian and gun down his cousin in the surgery wing of a hospital in occupied West Bank.

An elite Israeli military force that operates undercover stormed the al-Ahli Hospital in Hebron and shot dead a 27-year-old Palestinian, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said.

Abdullah al-Shalaldeh was killed by five rounds fired early Thursday after 21 members of the elite unit - known as Mustaarabin - barged into the hospital room of his cousin, Azzam al-Shalaldeh, a ministry statement said.

The commandos wanted to question Azzam - who required surgery after earlier being shot by Israeli security forces - and his cousin tried to prevent them from doing so when the Israelis opened fire.

Following the killing of Abdullah, the Israeli force arrested Azzam who was recovering at the hospital.

Dr Jihad Shawar, director of al-Ahli Hospital, told Al Jazeera the Israeli unit entered the facility at about 3am local time.

One of the soldiers was reportedly disguised as a pregnant woman in labour.

Father and son murdered in West Bank terror shooting

Unknown individuals shot at Israeli vehicles on Friday afternoon near the West Bank settlement of Otniel.



Two people were killed - a man in his 40s and a male around 18 years old. Reports after the attack claimed that the pair were father and son. A 16-year-old family member in the car was also moderately wounded.

A female was lightly wounded and four young children, all in the same family, were also in the vehicle at the time of the attack.

Colour my ass surprised! The US 'ol Murica did the same **** a few weeks ago. Oops, it was a mistake. Don't worry, they will fix their "mistakes" (as in distract us from their own war crimes) by "assassinating" big bad boys such as Johnny the Jihadi (checked) and a couple of high ranking ISIS leaders (this weekend).

This Is the full story and the full video of what happened last night in the Palestinian hospital in Hevron.

A Palestinian terrorist that stabbed an Israeli last month and managed to run away afterwards, was admitted to the hospital in Hevron.

The Israeli intelligence forces got information that this wanted terrorist was receiving medical treatment at the hospital.

Just before 4 o'clock this morning, a group of Mistaravim (a very specialized and quality unit in our defense force that is know for its very special missions), arrived at the hospital with two pregnant women. The one that was supposed to be on Labour was put into a wheel chair and pushed into the hospital. These pregnant women were actually men dressed up as pregnant women. They were wearing big black burkas so it was very easy to dress up as a pregnant Arab woman.

As you can see in the video, they arrived at the ward followed by the many helpers (as is traditional that when any Arab is admitted to a hospital, half the village comes with). On arrival to the ward the every one sprang into action, even tge pregnant women suddenly became armed men.

They went to the right room (from exact information received from the intelligence units), and tried to arrest him peacefully. A relative that was with him tried to intervene in the arrest and when he became a threat to the operation, he was shot and killed.

The terrorist was put into the same wheelchair that the earlier the pregnant woman sat in and was wheeled away.

I heard this morning that everyone in ghe hospital is in shock and the staff are not able to do their work properly due to the fear of any moment the Israelis could arrive...let them fear and know that the long arm of the IDF will always get you and bring you to justice no matter where you are hiding.
