Reviving this old thread. I see that Zenni now offers shipping to South Africa for $10. Don't think this includes customs.

Also check smartbuyglasses and their shipping was free.

Total shipping was done, from start to finish, by UPS

I do, however, think they have totally switched over to shipping via Aramex. Checked with friends, who have also ordered from them, and everyone got their deliveries via Aramex
