Update: Torga notified me this morning to bring in the black frame to replace with the blue frame as ordered.
However, now the lenses are scratched.

Unfortunately one cannot buff out scratches as your lenses were 'buffed' to the current script and then coated with ARC or whatever coating. Any buffing would start to remove this layer (and at times that is exactly what we use the [coating] for - a sacrificial layer) and/or change your script.
Personally, if I were you, given the mixup I would point out the scratches to them. If it were not for the mixup I would've just ignored it. Those lenses scratch super super easy, especially the ones with the ARC coating, that you happen to have.
ARC is always nice, but they accumulate scratches and dirt at an alarming rate and that is why treating and cleaning them in the correct fashion is quite important.

Update: I emailed the branch yesterday if the scratches are anything to be worried about.

Another update: After the local branch told me it's nothing to worry about. It made me worry some more. When I drive at night lights make a streak where the scratches are. And although its very faint in my vision keeps reminding me that I paid close to R6500 cash for it and did not deserve to "receive" it scratched.
After making a fuss about it with head office they have decided to replace the entire frame and lenses.
Now I feel quilty for doing so. Because I really wanted to support the branch. But at the end of the day. It was of no fault of my own.
I sad now. Because it so wasteful.

Ended up speaking to them and they said the First number is the correct one.
R1200 for two pairs of glasses + R500 seems like a steal to be honest.
still happy with my zenni sunglasses, are you going to use aramex global ?

Aramex made me wait 3 hours to collect a parcel 2 years ago after they failed to deliver.
I'll never use them again if I have other options.

I got my everyday glasses from smartbuyglasses and cheap sunglasses from Zenni
and might get another pair (polarized) from Zeni
