Online shopping refund issue.

Hi everybody, hope you are all doing well.

I purchased a cellphone on Igear.co.za using my FNB smart card (saving account). Due to credit card restrictions when buying a phone on that site, they decided to refund me so i can pay through EFT. They did a refund and confirmed me so many times that it has been done. Unfortunately, that money have not been reversed into my account and I have been waiting for 17 days now. They told me they did the refund and my bank should process it. FNB is saying Igear is the one supposed to query their payment gateway.

does someone know what I can do in such confusing situation?

Log a dispute with the bank stating your case. Non delivery of item etc

Don't make the story complicated when speaking to FNB unless you get an intelligent consultant.
 
Request a copy of the supposed refund before speaking to your bank....
