ONT Authentication Failed

We recently got a router installed and I managed to change everything, the WiFi password,name and the login password for the website. But I keep getting the authentication failed ONT message and I don't know what's the ONT password. Anyone can assist, using a Huawei router specifically Echo Life EG8145V5

I've used the login details, the router says the internet connection is abnormal or something. Is there a fix?

I'm sure the RED los light is flashing?

If Afrihost is your ISP I can log a fault for you otherwise you would need to get in touch with your ISP and have them log a fault for you.

This is a provisioning issue. If it's a new line after installation the order hasn't activated yet and it's likely still on the installation in progress status. If the line is not new it's some sort of provisioning issue that needs to be resolved.

Both cases needs a ticket to be logged.

Well after logging in for a brief minute the internet was working and I received messages. And the company we had install the router was acelerit I believe. I sent the issue via there contact me option on their website. And yes the router is new it was installed yesterday. So your advice is to wait till it's activated ?

Okay it would be better to contact Accelerit. Sounds like you might have Zoom fibre or something like that instead of Vuma Reach but Accelerit will be able to advise you accordingly.

If you have an ethernet cable and laptop. Plug it straight into the ONT and see if you have internet access.

Just dump them. They are supposedly at 348 Rivonia blvd. No contact number. Should tell you all you need to know.

Switch ISP.

They have a contact number but they're not that responsive but we're planning on dropping them
