Hey guys,

I need help with OpenDNS. How do I know if OpenDNS is working on my Network or not?

I added the network they asked for on the website, and did tweaking on the Settings for Web Filter Content.

Now the question is, how in God's name must I do after that?

Must I change settings on my router for the OpenDNS to work or what?

Open Command Prompt, and then do a DNS lookup on something that is mirrored locally, like download.microsoft.com for instance.

If you run
Code:
nslookup download.microsoft.com 208.67.222.222
nslookup download.microsoft.com
and both commands yields the same results, then it means that your PC is indeed using OpenDNS.
The results should differ from Google DNS:
Code:
nslookup download.microsoft.com 8.8.8.8

You can either set your router to use OpenDNS, which would mean that your PC should automatically use OpenDNS too.
If you just want to use OpenDNS on 1 PC, then just configure OpenDNS on that PC.
