I must admit I feel happy in that I have had the privileged of experiencing multiple fibre service providers.
Traditionally I was using MTN as an ISP before I had to move rather urgently at the beginning of this year. Wonderfull line to use and the only thing I could fault them on was their lack of dedicated IP's.

The problem came in having to move to a rental area that only supported Openserve. After doing what I though was extensive enough research, i went with Crystalweb as an ISP and took a custom package they made for me of about 500GB on a 100 mbps fibre line
This is where the great service stopped.
Now I cant pin point if the issue lies 100% with Crystalweb or if it is Openserve's infastructure that may be to blame but wow do I get packetloss... often.
I am an avid gamer and streamer when I can afford the time to play and used dabble in the odd gaming tournament but as of late I have had to take a more casual approach to my hobbies due to the lack of decent internet.
Be it local CSGO, DOTA 2 servers or international WoW and Overwatch servers, I always seem to have major packet loss.
I should not have to stare at my friends running past me or get angry that my character is standing still witnessing his eventual demise or have twitch buffering for half a minute on even some of the lower quality settings.

Yes I have been in contact with Crystalweb and I have provided traceroutes, ping tests, screenshots since the beginning of April. I feel the issue is either beyond them or I am just a fish in their ocean of clients.

What I am now looking to do is to find trial accounts for other ISP's that utilise Openserve. Is there such a thing and is it possible to do so?

cant say the sme on my side, Vumatel Crystal web never had a days issue on my side. see if you can test with another ISP i think that it may be an open serve issue.

I feel you pain. Had the same with MWEB. Follow the post ponder shared. I found that ISP s thst sit on the IS backbone have this problem.

Never mind packet loss, it's a bloody joke, sitting at 200-300 Kb download speed, on a 40Mbps Fibre line, what the F am I paying for. Had better downloads on my VDSL 20Mb line.

Any free 1GB ADSL account will work on your fibre line.
