Is it not possible to contact Open Serve directly at all? Only see email on site but al mails are ignored. We are in the Northern cape and need an additional inter Connection to Teraco in Gauteng. Only supplier in this area of fiber is Open Serve. We had a fiber installed many years back to our location and used to have a Telkom rep which was our point of contact. This appear to have fallen away when the Two split. Not sure how to proceed to accomplish this. I have noticed there is a lot of ISP’s reselling OpenServe fiber as internet provider. We do not need internet, just the connection between the two sites. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

you would need to go through an ISP that has contracts for metro ethernet with Openserve. You would not be able to go directly unless you are licensed.

Hi Paul. thanks for info. I have ECS and ECNS license. Because of our rural location, our fiber is not Metro fibre.

You can install an SDWAN solution over Openserve fibre which will provide a private network. Works like a treat.

Thanks r00iv@@r. W have extra OpenServe that has to be patch through from our premasice to the remote site, however it appear there is currently no way of contacting Open serve except for an email, which get ignored.
