Hi Everyone.

I am busy procuring fibre for our company, and the two options I have with fibre providers in our area is TT Connect and Openserve. What provider would be the better one to go with? Any opinions/thoughts/experiences in the past?

Based on those threads I would go with Openserve...

@TheRoDent do you know if TTConenct has made changes to the infrastructure around Edenvale/Dunvegan area? Now with loadshedding I dont seem to lose connectivity which is awesome, have had good experience with them over the last 6 months or so

We haven't received specific information regarding infrastructure changes from them, but there is a new MD and management team in place.

Personally, I would go with OpenServe

Thanks, thats good to hear, but unfortunately no communciations from them

Openserve! We have an openserve line at our company and it never skips a beat, 100% would recommend.

Openserve gets my vote as well. Been using OS fibre for almost 2 years now and haven't had a single day of downtime :)

I am on TT connect for 1 year now. Only had one problem where the ONT had to reset and reprogrammed

I am on TTC, and battling with upload speeds.

With much nagging from CoolIdeas they have been out 3 times and still not resolved the problem.

It has now been escalated to "level 3 " support for a week without further contact from them.
