Looking for OpenServe or Telkom employees who can assist me in getting my fibre line activated again.
I was with Vox for about 6 months, and switched over to Axxess since they are the only other ISP that can give me a static IP on fibre.
Since I eventually got the cancellation order number from VOX, I've been waiting for almost a week now to get the line switched over.
When I phoned again today, I was told that a Telkom technician would first need to do a site visit?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Somehow I don't think the message is getting though correctly that it's an existing line switch between ISP's and not a new installation.
I'm told by Axxess that there is no means of phoning OpenServe directly - everything via e-mail, and all along - nothing seems to be happening. Is it really such a complex procedure to soft-switch between ISP's on the same provider?
