Openweb 384k Gold uncapped Shaped vs unshaped.

I currently have an uncapped shaped account with Axxess but get shaped too much on it. I am thinking of getting a openweb gold account. I want to know is it worth paying R599 for the unshaped account. Will this allow me to download and browse the net without slowdowns. Will I be able to say download 24 hours a day with my full 384k line speed.
