OpenWeb ADSL Feedback Thread (Pt2)

Koosi

I am not denying that there are problems. If you have been having problems, it needs to be fixed and if it can't, leave and try another ISP. You have done that and that is great. There is no doubt that there have been problems with some people's accounts. I understand that and understand your concern and frustration. You had your account shared with another guy and that would piss me off as well.

My problem is with the whole shared accounts thingy and the way people have been carrying on. There have been 2 or three actually confirmed cases of it happening. Now that get's extrapolated into a major effort by OW to screw it's clients, with anybody calling for calm and an effort to figure it out step by step getting crapped on. That is what pisses me off.

And now the howlers have screwed the rest of us who have been having good service.

Here are my speedtests at the moment:

Local: http://www.speedtest.net/result/3511615258.png

International: http://www.speedtest.net/result/3511624500.png

It's not a major effort, there's no real effort required to neglect one's business/company.
The fact that the reps do not engage here anymore, sends a pretty clear signal, don't you think?

Chuckle all you want it dont faze me. You were complaining of poor torrents before your parents got back from Namibia.
I dont have time to go back and quote your posts but I remember your complaints of poor speeds.

Lynchmobber LMAO did you learn that in Stockholm?

Fact: Blowing the great Dr wont get you faster speeds

Yes, you illiterate buffoon, I was complaining about poor torrents last week. I never denied this. Then later during the week my p2p performance issues sorted itself out and started running normally, like it usually does, because the p2p issues were an isolated incident.

In fact, let me post a few speedtests right now.

Do you understand these pics or must I send someone over to come explain them to you?

Mate, stop being thick-headed. Nobody is denying that Openweb has issues. They have massive issues. I should not be getting these speeds while other people can barely browse the internet. What I'm asking is for the lynchmob here to stop lynching anyone who says they're not having issues with their Openweb accounts. There are a few of us who are not having any issues whatsoever. This doesn't mean we're lying to you, it doesn't mean we're being paid by Openweb and it doesn't mean we're sucking anyone's cock, as you so 'eloquently' put it. It simply means we're not having issues on our accounts.

It seems nowadays the moment someone says they're not having issues, even when it's true, they get targeted by the lynch mob. It's bloody ridiculous.

This thread is derailing into personal attacks....
I am not going to tolerate this any longer!
My comments will be directed to another sub-section or thread.

We should lynch you for downloading Game of Thrones in low quality.

Nuff said!

I'm not enter a battle of posts with you. Your too brave for me.....

Imo, GoT episodes in standard quality look terrible as ****. Dark scenes tend to show a high number of compression artifacts

Sorry, but if people are going to tell me I'm sucking Keoma's cock or that I've got Stockholme syndrome, then I am going to get pissed off. Those images above show what my experience on my Openweb account is usually like. I can post you more screenshots at 3PM and at 9PM and my speeds are still going to show 1mb or above.

I'm on your goddamned side. Openweb has massive issues and they need to resolve them and come clean about the whole account sharing fiasco. The problem is just that my Openweb account performs well and I'm not going to cancel it and experiment with other ISPs when I'm not certain I would be able to get an account that performs as well for the same price or lower.

I'm very sorry if anyone takes offence at the fact that my Openweb account is not having issues.

You're not going to enter a battle with me because you actually don't have a leg to stand on. Your horse's high legs have been cut off. :)

We should lynch you for downloading Game of Thrones in low quality.

It was just to show that my p2p speeds are good. Normally I don't download series and just stream them.

Dude you can carry on all you like. If using big words and calling people names gets you off then I wont stop you.

You a real bad-ass behind your keyboard!
Whoop-dee-doo your interwebs runs at less than half mine does. keyboard gangsta.jpg

Zewp, can we see a screenshot of your SAIX user stats login history?

By the way, it's understandable that much of your satisfaction comes from getting 1 - 2Mbps bursts on a 1Mbps account.

Wow, Gboss. I haven't seen someone this butthurt in ages. :p

Sure, just link me to where I login. I've never used the SAIX tool.

Lol. Guys, let's relax a little please? It's in everyone's interests to not have this thread closed.

Please. Enough name calling.
