No, it doesn't. There is nothing stopping you from doing so but you must just remember that if OW chose to pursue the matter through legal channels you will be the one in breach of contract.

Of course they are in no way breaching the contract themselves having done what they did. This whole pay-me-30-mode-das is just another way to milk your customers before they go and any such lock in should set red flags...

Proving that is another story. It's easy to prove that you've breached contract by not paying though.

Torrents on 10mbps silver turbo uncapped are pretty much kek... like 20kbps and it has good seeds... ai... Do not understand why I can just not find a good isp
