I don't think there's any way for OpenWeb to recover from this, at least not in the next 6 months. Both the company and Keoma has suffered significant reputational damage and that damage will soon affect their bottom line.
Disgruntled customers (present and past) will continue to dig for dirt and it wont matter what Owwww says, because they have lost the trust and faith of a community.
