This seems to be the final straw...

Come on OW - defend yourselves!?

I don't think there's any way for OpenWeb to recover from this, at least not in the next 6 months. Both the company and Keoma has suffered significant reputational damage and that damage will soon affect their bottom line.

Disgruntled customers (present and past) will continue to dig for dirt and it wont matter what Owwww says, because they have lost the trust and faith of a community.

Amazing how an ISP can go from top notch, best class yada yada to pretty much the worst pile of horse dung that ever existed within a short time.

I supported Openweb and their accounts worked for a while. Then my account started having issues and Keoma was like, Telkom...Modem...Line....Exchange...Telkom... meanwhile I had tested other accounts and found nothing wrong on my side. I gave up and cancelled with Openweb.

Glad I am rid of them and I shall never use them again. I don't care if they offer Uncapped Unshaped 24/7 for R0.00 p/m. I still will not use them.

^^This.

I still get "Hello friends" emails with "Hurry only 99 left", these get deleted promptly.
OW will never be even considered for anything again.
Ever.
I will also share my displeasure with OW with anyone who happens to mention them that I come into contact with.

OW is a sorry sight to say the least. I am going to cancel but will keep their support staff as busy as possible. Pitty I have two months left with them.

I loved OW and mrBeeps hands on approach, now it seems they have shifted to a hands up approach.

I would keep using them if this was the case. :)

I'd even go so far as to offer them R50.00 p/m for the service. :p

If they share a R449 2Mb uncapped unshaped account amongst 9 people they should be able to do it. :D

Thank goodness I cancelled just before things went pear shaped. I never expect OpenWeb to leave MyBB users out in the cold just like that.
